Workers Compensation

Nevada law requires all business owners in the state to obtain and maintain Workers’ Compensation coverage, especially those with one or more employees. Workers’ Compensation premiums are based upon the degree of risk.

Business owners who fail to comply with this law may be required to pay fines up to $15,000 or their business closed until the insurance has been obtained.

General Liability

General Liability Insurance is not required in the state of Nevada but if you are doing work for a general contractor you will be required to have coverage in place.
