Nevada License Bonds
The Nevada State Contractors Board requires contractors to carry and maintain a license bond to keep their license active. The surety bond must be executed on the form provided by the Board and written by a surety company with an “A” rating or better. The bond can vary in amounts $1,000 to $500,000 based on the type of license, monetary limit, past, present, or future financial responsibility, experience, and character of the applicant.
LLC/Corp Set-up
Let CLIS set up your Corporation or LLC. CLIS will complete and file your Corporation or LLC forms with the Nevada Secretary of State. In addition to filing your Corporation or LLC we will also file your List of Officers, Nevada State Business License, reserve your trade name, register your Employee Identification Number (EIN) with the IRS, and will serve as your Nevada Resident Agent if necessary.

License Requirements
All applicants or licensees must demonstrate experience, knowledge, good character, and financial responsibility.
The contractor who will act as the qualifying individual must have had, within the ten years immediately before the filing of the application, at least four full years of experience at a journeyman level, or as a foreman, supervisor, or contractor in the classification for which you are applying.
